Genetix Canada has been in business since 2015 and prides itself in providing quality products at a low price. As you know scammers can’t be approved sellers. Best way to check a source is placing small trial orders. Please make sure to always do your own research.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

 

We pride ourselves in having a low price guarantee and will price match the lower-priced item. If you find the same product for a lower price, please email us with the product information. The Product must be from a reputable dealer and be authorized to sell that pharmaceutical brand. If the online retailer is not legitimate and is from another country besides Canada, we cannot offer the discount.

We currently accept all major credit cards and Crypto payments BTC USDT ETH. Full payments details are given on the checkout page.

We do not have a minimum or maximum order requirement.

Shipping & Orders

We only ship within Canada. We also ship to PO boxes.

At Genetix Canada, we strive for efficiency in processing your orders. Typically, order processing is completed within 1-2 business days, although this timeframe may extend slightly during busy periods.

Upon the approval of your payment, we will notify you via email once your order is processed, which may take up to 48 hours. A subsequent email will be sent when your order is dispatched, containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your order's progress.

Should you encounter any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, we kindly ask that you reach out to the courier directly prior to contacting us, by visiting the Canada Post Support Page. Tracking information may take 24 – 72 hours to update.

Please note that Genetix Canada cannot be held accountable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, carrier mishandling, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information. After the package has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot accept responsibility for any packages that are damaged, delayed, or lost. For inquiries regarding shipment status, delays, or delivery questions, please directly contact Canada Post.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please alert us without delay. However, if your package has already been dispatched, we regret to inform you that intervention is no longer possible. Due to our policy of not using a return address, incorrectly addressed parcels cannot be retrieved and will unfortunately be lost. We do not pursue lost parcels. To avoid such issues, we strongly urge you to carefully review your shipping address before finalizing your order. Responsibility for any mistakes made during order submission, resulting in lost shipments, rests with the customer.

If you encounter some issues with your recent order, please provide us with a photo of the damaged product so we can better assess the situation. We will then be happy to provide you with a credit or a replacement order free of charge.
